What You’ll Do

Daily Operations

• Lead daily café operations with consistency, urgency, and professionalism
• Oversee shift flow, staffing coverage, breaks, and operational execution
• Ensure all stations meet brand standards for food quality, prep, cleanliness, and speed
• Maintain a clean, organized, guest-ready café at all times
• Complete accurate opening and closing procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and operational planning

Team Leadership

• Serve as the primary point of leadership for crew members and shift leads
• Coach, develop, and hold employees accountable to performance standards
• Support training, onboarding, and continued development of team members
• Help create a positive, professional, team-oriented culture
• Address shift-level issues, guest concerns, and operational challenges confidently and professionally

Guest Experience

• Deliver Unparalleled Hospitality on every shift
• Maintain strong customer service standards while balancing speed and accuracy
• Resolve guest concerns calmly and professionally
• Lead by example during busy periods and high-volume rushes

Operational & Administrative Responsibilities

• Assist with labor management and scheduling execution
• Count tills, manage cash handling procedures, and prepare deposits
• Support inventory counts, food cost management, and waste reduction
• Ensure food safety, health code, and brand standards are consistently followed
• Communicate effectively with ownership regarding café performance, staffing, and operational needs

What We’re Looking For

• Prior leadership or management experience in food service, retail, or hospitality preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• High personal accountability, professionalism, and reliability
• Comfortable leading fast-paced shifts and making operational decisions
• Ability to coach others while maintaining a positive team culture
• Availability to work mornings, afternoons, weekends, and some holidays
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead by example
