Shuyi Grass Jelly & Tea is hiring a full-time Store Manager for our Cupertino store. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on leader who can run daily operations, build a reliable team, and deliver consistent drinks and friendly service.
Full-time: approximately 40 hours per week. Work location: Cupertino, CA, in person.
Base pay: $28.00-$36.00 per hour, depending on relevant experience and demonstrated management skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations and work alongside the team preparing drinks, taking orders, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Own opening and closing routines and ensure the store is ready for service.
- Recruit, train, coach, and support team members.
- Build weekly schedules around business needs and employee availability.
- Manage ingredient ordering, inventory counts, product rotation, and waste reduction.
- Maintain recipe accuracy, product quality, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve service problems calmly.
- Monitor sales, labor, and food costs and communicate results to the owner.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a boba shop, cafe, restaurant, or similar food and beverage business, including at least 1 year supervising a team.
- Experience with staff scheduling, training, inventory, POS systems, and customer service.
- Hands-on beverage preparation experience; boba or tea shop experience strongly preferred.
- Reliable availability for full-time work across weekdays and weekends, including opening shifts starting around 10:30 AM, closing shifts, and holidays as scheduled.
- Clear communication, strong organization, accountability, and the ability to lead during busy service periods.
- Ability to follow food safety requirements and obtain or maintain the required food safety certification.
