Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations with attention to detail and resource management
• Recruit, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
• Manage budgets, stock, pricing control, and financial records to maximize profitability
• Handle customer complaints and queries with courtesy and professionalism
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
• Prepare promotional displays and liaise with management on store performance
• Provide opportunities for staff advancement and maintain a positive work environment

Qualifications & Skills

• High school degree or equivalent
• Strong commercial awareness and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal communication and team working abilities
• Proficient IT and numerical skills
• Resourceful, confident, enthusiastic, and capable of problem-solving
• Demonstrated leadership and executive skills with a proactive approach
