Job Title: Store Manager - Automotive Parts Retailer
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our Automotive Parts Retail Store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record of success in managing a retail store.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely ordering and receiving of merchandise
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
- Foster a positive and productive work environment for all employees
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the local community
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze financial reports and develop strategies to increase profitability
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
