420 5th avenue New York, NY (Must work in the office 3 days per week)

3-6 Months contract to hire

Job Description:

• Review and analyze store maintenance tickets supporting the Maintenance COE in direction and prioritization.
• Daily follow up on field escalations with COE partners
• Support Sr. Mgr in data review and themes for opportunity in store maintenance records

Top 3-5 mandatory and/or minimum requirements

• Excel skills
• Data analysis
• PPT skill and experience

Top 3-5 desirable attributes/qualifications?

• Maintenance experience preferred
• Retail store experience preferred

Required levels/ Years of Experience education - discuss whether there is flexibility

Budgeted Bill Rate:

This the max amount authorized to be billed to Lux, not resources pay rate

Reason for request (Example: project base, staff augmentation, replacement or other). This role will support the day-to-day review of all Brand maintenance tickets. Supporting the COE of direction and follow up of escalations for the field, assuring quality and timing of work meets brand expectations.
