As a Store Front Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for customers and a key support partner to our inside sales, rental, and administrative teams. You’ll help ensure a smooth, professional, and positive customer experience from drop-off through invoicing support.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Checking equipment status and providing updates to customers
- Sharing pricing information for calibration and related services
- Coordinating customer equipment drop-offs and pickups
- Maintaining accurate logs and customer records
- Managing rental returns and processing credit card payments
- Assisting new customers with account setup and documentation
- Supporting Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including:
- Assisting with invoice questions and customer inquiries
- Collecting and applying payments as needed
- Coordinating with the finance team on billing or payment discrepancies
- Disinfecting, labeling, and preparing incoming equipment
- Supporting general front-office and administrative tasks as needed
