Job Description
Pay range: $1,250/week to $2,250/week
Position: Store Director
Department: Front End
Supervisor: District Manager
Status: Salaried Exempt, Full Time
Job Duties:
Responsible for the proper orientation of all departments within the store. Ensures that employees have or are receiving proper training.
Controls operating expenses according to company standards.
Controls Purchases and Sales.
Directs the Department Managers and coordinates the sales program of the buyers to achieve or exceed company standards.
Achieves or better gross % profits issued by company per department.
Enforces programs which comply with city codes, health regulations, weights/measures, ABC, insurance, W.I.C. and Foodstamps.
Assures that company approved prices are in effect in all departments.
Controls all labor costs as set forth by company. Includes daily payroll monitoring of all employees via electronic time management system.
Post weekly schedule every FRIDAY.
Does Employee Reviews as scheduled.
Establishes security controls within the store that will properly protect company property, inventory, cash, and employees.
Enforces all company policies pertaining to store personnel, supervises all store personnel. Issue warnings, suspensions, terminations, and encourage employees when required.
Maintain and develop a strong management team.
Recommends to the General Manager any capital expenditures for store operation (equipment, fixtures, etc.)
Surveys local competitive prices and programs, informs the General Manager of any recommendations.
Checks refrigeration at least two times daily.
And all other assigned job duties.
Job Requirements:
Must obey all State and Federal guidelines regarding health and safety policies.
Must maintain a professional line of communication with all Team Members, Customer and Corporate personnel

Report any claims of Harassment, Discrimination, or retaliation immediately to HR Department
Maintain a productive and comfortable work environment for all Team Members
