Store Associate, Sag Harbor

Hill House is seeking a Sales Associate to create personalized shopping experiences for our customers at our retail store in Sag Harbor, NY. We are hiring full-time and part-time positions that will maintain a retail schedule (including weekends).What Youll Do:Build authentic connections with shoppers as you answer questions and complete purchasesConstantly seek ways to improve the customer experience and energize the team to do the sameBecome a product expert and offer fit, fabric, style, and gift recommendationsAssist with checking stock on a daily basis and restocking the selling floor when necessaryPerform open and closeout procedures as neededEnsure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standardWork in a fast-paced environment while utilizing exceptional customer service skillsSurprise and delight customers by going above and beyond their expectationsWho You Are:Retail experience or service industry background, preferredSelf-motivated with exceptional communication and motivational attitudePassionate about customer experienceHigh degree of flexibility and initiativeEmbraces a culture of learning and advocacyHas lived experiences with people from different backgrounds and diverse teamsCompensation for the role will be determined based on the candidates qualifications, skills, and experience.
