- Team Environment: Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop employees, communicate job expectations, and support team development.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a guest-first culture, ensure shifts are appropriately staffed, enforce safety guidelines, and execute Brand standards.
- Profitability: Control costs, execute marketing promotions, new product roll-outs, drive sales goals, and track results.
