Compensation: $23 to $25 per hour

Position Summary

The Bilingual Onsite Supervisor is responsible for supporting daily warehouse and staffing operations in a high-volume environment. The role oversees daily check-ins, attendance, scheduling, time punch accuracy, and end-of-shift reporting. In coordination with the Hebron branch, it supports onboarding, orientation, training, and performance feedback for MSIL team members. The Supervisor helps maintain productivity, accuracy, safety, and quality standards, builds strong client relationships, and ensures MSIL associates follow all client policies, safety rules, and workplace regulations. The role partners with the corporate HR, Safety, and Compliance team to conduct safety audits, assist with investigations when needed, and help maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required to support MSIL's workforce and client communication needs
