We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in doing quality work and being part of a team.As a Stockroom Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate distribution of parts and materials to production areas, contributing directly to operational efficiency and product quality.Whether you have previous warehouse or stockroom experience or you're ready to learn a new trade - we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.What You'll DoEvery day is a little different, but your responsibilities will include:Picking orders and performing inventory counts.Reading requirements on orders.Working independently as well as in a team environment.Pulling and counting parts using a barcode scanning device.Verifying stock for availability.Ensure that work centers have sufficient parts.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for people who are dependable, safety-conscious, and enjoy staying active throughout the workday.Preferred QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredWarehouse, shipping, manufacturing, or logistics experience is helpful but not requiredForklift certification is a plusBasic computer skillsStrong organizational skillsGood communication and teamworkReliable attendance and a strong work ethicCommitment to workplace safetyPhysical RequirementsThis is an active, hands-on position that requires standing, walking, lifting materials up to 40 pounds, and safely operating warehouse equipment throughout the workday.
