Stocker Job Details:
Schedule: Must be flexible 12 hr shifts. Must be available between the hours of 6am-7pm
Location: Bryan, TX
Temporary to hire
Starting Pay Rate: $15.00/ hour + (based on experience)
Stocker Responsibilities:
- Stock and organize food items, beverages, and kitchen supplies in designated storage areas, including refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage.
- Ensure proper food rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of storage areas
- Assist kitchen staff by restocking workstations with necessary supplies during meal preparation and service.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Remove and properly dispose of trash, cardboard, and other waste materials.
- Transport food carts, supplies, and equipment between storage areas and kitchen as needed.
- Support dishwashing and general kitchen duties when required.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, required.
- Food Handler Certification
Job Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in a health care environment
- 2+ years of Tray Line Runner/Stocker experience
- Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and possess a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
