Ensures STEP team processes all daily receipts and runs all merchandise to the Salesfloor within allotted hours.
Validates Better Brand Process Execution.
Owns EAS Compliance through STOP/GO EAS audits.
Recognizes, Coaches, and Trains STEP Associates.
Identify and Develop Back-Up Stockroom Leader.
Processes Received Damage MOS daily and complete Trash Inspections per process guideline.
Maintain SPG and Merchandising Standards:
Ensures all STEP Associates complete daily SET assignments in Shoes or Lingerie.
Observes all STEP Associates running merchandise to ensure accurate product placement.
Ensures Impulse, Endcaps, 4-ways, and Features are full daily.
