    Role Overview

    This exciting role will see you at the heart of ourWatchfinderUS Logistics Hub, based in the Richemont North America office in Dallas – Fort Worth, Texas. As a key memberinthe USlogisticsteam, you willbe responsible forthelogisticflows of all watches transiting through the US market. Working closely with ourUS Commercial team, service network,&global hubs,you will alsobe responsible fordomestic and internationaltransfers as well as other logistic tasksto support business needs.

    Responsibilities

    • Booking products into our system

    • International and domestic dispatchofproducts for sold orders

    • International and domestic dispatch of products for servicing

    • Communicate with external service facilities forestimates andstatus of productssent for service

    • Carrier claims filing and follow-up

    • Photography ofproducts for online publishing

    • Assistwithmaintainingtracking fordomestic and international shipments

    • Identifyand proactively resolve any shipping delays or errors

    • Assistwith inventory control processes (e.g., daily/weekly/monthly counts and stock movements) to ensure a successful inventory

    • Assistwith parts procurement/management

    • Assistwith unpacking/packing of parcels as needed

    • Order supplies for office and operational needs

    Qualifications

    • Able to follow processes and procedures

    • Excellent organizational skills 

    • Methodical approach to work

    • Microsoft office tools efficiency. Excel–minimum1 year, Word,andOutlook

    • Able to communicate effectively over the phone, via email and face-to-face

    • Languages: Proficient in English. French and/or Spanish aplus

    • Minimumtwoyears professional experienceinlogistics.  

    • May requiresometravelto review otherWatchfinderhubs/operations
