Stock Coordinator

Job Summary

The Stock Coordinator is responsible for managing daily stockroom operations, processing inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, replenishing merchandise on the sales floor, and ensuring products are stored and organized efficiently. The role also supports inventory reporting, stock control, and overall retail operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.
• Replenish inventory and assist with product availability.
• Manage daily stockroom operations and maintain organized storage areas.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments accurately and on time.
• Ensure shipping supplies and inventory are properly maintained.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.
• Generate inventory-related reports and communicate stock issues.
• Participate in store meetings and support retail operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of stock or inventory experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and basic numerical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to support various retail operational needs.
