Position Title: Stock Clerk
Salary Classification: Non-Exempt
Reports to: Inventory Control Manager
Summary:
As a Stock Clerk, responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient stockroom, ensuring accurate inventory records, and supporting a smooth flow of products within the organization. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will contribute to our operational success.
Schedule: 7am- 3:30pm
JOB DUTIES - Include but are not limited to the following:
- Unpack and organize incoming items, specifying the types of items handled.
- Keep track of inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and update records promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and stock movement, addressing discrepancies.
- Utilize forklifts, hand trucks, or other equipment for efficient stock movement.
- Adhere to safety protocols, report security issues, and practice 6S principles.
- Communicate promptly with internal teams, providing inventory levels and materials, resolving inquiries, and addressing related issues.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using specific inventory management software and basic computer skills.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to follow established guidelines.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
