MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

To manage stock and cashier team.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

OPERATIONS

• Keep selling floor and merchandise neat, organized andstocked
• Assist in the maintenance of all inventory in the stockroom and on the sellingfloor
• Assist in all areas of stock, shipping, receiving protocol/policies and all shipping/ receiving relatedpaperwork.
• Participate ininventories
• Comply with all Point-of-Sale policies andprocedures
• Properly execute all relevant registerfunctions
• Adhere to work schedule, inclusive of time andattendance
• Participate in all relevant training and development seminars, programs and meetings as directed by storemanagement

CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Provide the highest level of customerservice
• Build and maintain repeat clientele; utilize clientbook
• Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring clientsatisfaction

MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

Minimum 2 years retail experience.
