    About the role

    We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Front Office / Facilities Manager to be the heartbeat of our office. This role blends front-of-house presence with behind-the-scenes facilities management, ensuring a welcoming experience for employees, guests, and partners — while keeping the office running smoothly day to day.


    You’ll be the go-to person for office operations, facilities coordination, shipping management, and creating an organized, professional, and positive workplace environment.

    Front Office & Workplace Experience

    • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors
    • Manage front desk operations, including greeting guests, handling deliveries, and answering general inquiries
    • Maintain a polished, welcoming office environment at all times
    • Support meeting room scheduling, setup, and office events

    Facilities & Office Operations

    • Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, and space organization
    • Coordinate with vendors (cleaning, security, maintenance, utilities, IT, etc.)
    • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment procurement
    • Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met
    • Identify and resolve facilities issues quickly and efficiently

    Administrative & Operational Support

    • Track facilities budgets, invoices, and contracts
    • Support onboarding/offboarding logistics (badges, workspace setup, access)
    • Maintain office documentation, procedures, and emergency plans
    • Partner with People, IT, and Operations teams to improve workplace processes

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in office management, facilities, front office, or workplace operations
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Comfortable working with vendors and managing multiple priorities
    • Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-oriented mindset
    • Proficiency with common office tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, ticketing or facilities tools a plus)

    Nice to Have

    • Experience supporting a growing or fast-paced office environment
    • Basic understanding of building systems or workplace safety standards
    • Event coordination or employee experience experience
