Summary

HII-Mission Technologies is seek a rotational PED Analyst who supports airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations by conducting first‑phase screening, exploitation, analysis, and reporting of Full Motion Video (FMV) and other ISR sensor data including SAR/MTI and EO/IR. Analysts coordinate in real time with aircrew and sensor operators, provide mission‑relevant callouts, produce time‑sensitive intelligence products, and conduct post‑mission exploitation aligned with customer Essential Elements of Information (EEIs). This role ensures intelligence outputs meet customer standards and quality requirements while maintaining situational awareness of mission context.

The role includes a rotational assignment consisting of 60‑days to locations in Latin America, operating on an 84‑hour work week while in country.

This requisition supports hiring at multiple experience levels. Final placement and compensation will be determined based on the selected applicant's qualifications, experience, and skill sets.

What You Will Do

• Conduct first‑phase FMV screening, exploitation, and analysis in support of airborne ISR missions.
• Perform exploitation and analysis of FMV, SAR/MTI, and EO/IR sensor data and disseminate intelligence products.
• Coordinate in real time with aircrew and sensor operators to support mission execution.
• Provide mission‑supporting callouts, snapshots, graphics, and time‑sensitive updates.
• Conduct thorough post‑mission exploitation aligned with Essential Elements of Information (EEIs).
• Execute quality control and quality assurance on all intelligence products.
• Archive, retrieve, and disseminate ISR products using designated systems and repositories.
• Maintain situational awareness of mission context to ensure accurate and relevant analysis.
• Support continuous improvement of PED workflows, methodologies, and reporting standards.

What We Are Looking For

• Level 3: 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
• Level 4: 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
• Level 5: 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience.
• Proficiency in first‑phase FMV exploitation and ISR PED processes.
• Experience analyzing FMV, SAR/MTI, and EO/IR sensor data for time‑sensitive operations.
• Ability to conduct real‑time screening, callouts, and mission coordination.
• Strong understanding of airborne ISR collection capabilities and structured intelligence reporting.
• Knowledge of QA/QC standards for intelligence production.
• Technical proficiency with ISR exploitation software, PED tools, and analytic workstations.
• Ability to perform effectively in high‑tempo, time‑sensitive environments.
• Must posses and maintain a valid U.S. passport
• Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Preferred: Bonus Points For...

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
• Experience working in geopolitical or regional roles within or related to the USSOUTHCOM Area of Responsibility.
• 7+ years of experience utilizing Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) capabilities and TTPs associated with modern manned ISR platforms.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Tier 1 ISR Units or Special Missions Units (SMUs).
• Advanced experience with PED systems, exploitation software, and multi‑sensor data fusion.
• Prior experience working in embassy environments, intelligence fusion centers, or joint/combined military operations.

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to support international 60‑day rotational deployments to Latin America while working an 84‑hour weekly schedule. Analysts must be capable of sustaining extended periods of focused operational work, including long durations of sitting or standing during mission monitoring and intelligence exploitation. The position requires moving through secure facilities, navigating stairs or uneven surfaces, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds of equipment or personal gear. Candidates must be able to adapt to fluctuating climate conditions, maintain deployment readiness, and function effectively in high‑tempo operational environments.
