Our downtown Miami hotel is next to one of the trendiest neighborhoods, known as Brickell. Our iconic towers overlook the Miami River and our ideal downtown location puts you steps from the Miami Riverwalk, and Bayfront Park, and close to the port of Miami and the Kaseya Center (formerly FTX Arena). For a day of shopping, our hotel is near Brickell City Center. Or, explore Little Havana and tour the Frost Museum of Science.
The Stewarding Supervisor is an integral part of the hotel's Culinary and Food & Beverage team. This person plays an essential role in assisting with the supervision of the day-to-day operation of the hotel's stewarding department. The Stewarding Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas. Additional duties may include scheduling, assisting with the departmental payroll process, active participation in the hotel's safety initiatives, having oversight of the Stewarding perspective in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine, and supporting the training of staff.

Qualifications
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
Candidate should have prior customer service experience
Ability to lift, push, and pull 50lbs for a moderate amount of time
Must be able to work well in an unsupervised environment
