About the role

Hotel Bardo Savannah is seeking a reliable and hardworking Steward to support the cleanliness, organization, and overall flow of our Food & Beverage operations. This role is essential to the success of the kitchen and service teams, ensuring that all culinary and service areas remain clean, safe, and well-stocked throughout service.

This is an onsite position located at Hotel Bardo Savannah.

What you'll do

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain sanitation standards
• Keep kitchen and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with trash removal, breakdown, and post-service cleaning

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
