The idea was simple: offer the freshest food possible with flavors that people would come from all over the world to experience, and want to come back for more.

Wash plates, glassware, silverware pots and pans to uniform standards

Repeatedly lift up to 50Lbs

Prevent loss & breakage of plates, glassware and stemware

Maintain clean & orderly work space

Observe safety and sanitary standards

Take out garbage

Stand on feel for whole shift

Other duties as assigned
