Qualifications: Must have successfully completed a nationally accredited central service technician exam and certified as a Central Service Technician OR evidence of employment as a Central Service Technician in a healthcare facility for a period of one (1) year. Responsibilities: Responsible for effective and safe decontamination, disinfection, washing, assembly and sterilization of instruments and trays used for procedures in the Operating Room and other clinical areas.
