    Best Value Dentures & Implants Riverview is looking for a Rock Star Sterile Processing Technician!

    This is a full-time position at our Riverview location where you will play a critical behind-the-scenes role in keeping our clinical operations running safely and efficiently. If you are detail-oriented, take infection control seriously, and love knowing that your work directly impacts patient safety every single day, this role is for you.

    Core Competencies:

    • Strong understanding of sterilization protocols and infection control standards
    • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
    • Dental or healthcare experience strongly preferred
    • Reliable, consistent, and takes pride in doing things the right way

    Essential Functions:

    • Sterilize, process, and maintain all dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols
    • Inspect instruments for cleanliness, functionality, and damage before and after sterilization
    • Properly package, label, and store sterilized instruments
    • Maintain accurate sterilization logs and documentation
    • Monitor and maintain sterilization equipment and report any issues promptly
    • Ensure treatment rooms and sterilization areas meet infection control standards at all times
    • Support the clinical team with supply management and instrument inventory
    • Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness, and professionalism
