Join Emplify Health by Gundersen as a Sterile Processing Technician, where you'll play a vital behind-the-scenes role ensuring surgical teams have the sterile, safe instruments they need-every time.

No experience? That is okay as well as we can hire you into our very own Sterile Processing Tech Trainee program where you will learn the skills and knowledge necessary to perform in this role.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform decontamination, disinfection, inspection, and sterilization of surgical instruments

  • Assemble and prepare instrument trays for procedures

  • Manage the distribution of supplies and equipment to Surgery and Procedure areas

  • Follow strict infection prevention and control (IPC) standards

What's Available:

  • Fulltime, 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE)

  • Overnights (10:30p-7:00a) with holiday rotation

  • Location: La Crosse, WI

  • Starting hourly rate of $18.63+ more for experience as well as generous shift differentials

What You'll Need:

  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent

  • Completion of an approved surgical tech or sterile processing tech program - OR - 1 or more years of sterile processing experience
