Job Title: Sterile Processing Technician
Location: Detroit, MI 48236
Shift: Day/ Night | HPW: 40
Duration: 13 Weeks

Key Responsibilities:
• Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment.
• Prepare and distribute sterile supplies and instrument trays to clinical departments.
• Monitor sterilization processes and accurately read temperature gauges and sterilization indicators.
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper storage of sterile instruments and supplies.
• Follow infection control, safety, and sterilization protocols in accordance with hospital standards.
• Ensure timely delivery of sterile instruments to support surgical and clinical procedures.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of Sterile Processing experience required.
• Ability to read, write, perform basic math, and interpret temperature gauges.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain strict sterilization standards.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Required License & Certifications:
• BLS (AHA)
• CRCST Cert.
