Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 13-week contract
• Pay Rate: $35.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: AM 8 hr; 40 hr days, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Sunday Thursday with no rotation to other days unless it falls on the EOH requirement; weekend rotation once in an 8-week window, up to EOH; no call
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This is a Sterile Processing Technician contract opportunity requiring acute care experience and proficiency in orthopedics, cardiac, and neurosurgery. Travelers will not rotate to steam sterilization or dispatch.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in orthopedics, cardiac, and neurosurgery
• Recent travel experience required
• Must speak fluent English

Preferred Skills

• Level 1 Trauma facility experience preferred

Education Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required (education must be submitted as part of the submission packet)
• CRCST by IAHCSMM or CSPDT by ASHCSP required; certification must be current and maintained with CEUs as required

Required Experience

• 5 years of acute care experience required
• Recent travel experience required

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Local candidates (residing less than 50 miles from the facility) will be placed at a local rate

Important Notes

• No RTO (Request Time Off) will be approved for the first 13-week contract
• Local vs. Travel: Talent who reside less than 50 miles from the facility will be at a local rate; the local rate is $5 less than the posted bill rate
