Responsibilities:Inspects, assembles and evaluates all surgical instruments and instrument sets to ensure quality, determine need for repair/replacement, validates completeness of set, and facilitates effective sterilization.Operates sterilization equipment and inspects instruments, equipment, and containers to ensure cleanliness and proper functioning.Performs decontamination of soiled instruments, sterilization containers and equipment according to instructions for use (IFUs) and established protocols.Corrects instrument sets according to current standards, established count sheets and/or instrument tracking systems.Maintains proper levels of inventory to ensure availability for case carts.Job RequirementsStart Date: August 17, 2026 (Cohort)End Date: January 8, 2027Schedule: The schedule for this contract is Tuesday-Friday from 10:00PM to 06:30AM.Holiday Commitment: Techs must commit to 2 out of the 3 holidays, which will be included in the COA.Job Certifications: We will accept both CBSPD and CRCST certifications.
