What Youll Do:- Perform sterilization, decontamination, and assembly of surgical instruments and trays
- Reprocess scopes and probes, including flexible endoscopes
- Maintain accurate documentation of sterilization processes
- Ensure high-level disinfection of surgical equipment
- Support various surgical specialties including neuro, ortho, plastics, and others
- Comply with safety and infection control standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment
What You Need:- Minnesota licensure or pending license accepted
- CBSPD or HSPA certification required
- Minimum 2 years of sterile processing experience
- Knowledge of instrument reprocessing for various specialties, including endoscopes
- Ability to work independently and follow strict protocols
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
