What Youll Do:- Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and trays for daily procedures
- Maintain strict aseptic procedures during instrument processing
- Manage large case volumes in a fast-paced Level 1 trauma environment
- Collaborate with surgical teams and perioperative staff to ensure timely readiness of supplies
- Follow hospital policies and manufacturer instructions for sterilization and reprocessing
- Document procedures accurately and maintain detailed records
- Support the surgical teams during total joints, neuro spine, craniotomy, open heart, and transplant surgeries
What You Need:Required:- Current certification from CBSPD or IAHCSMM/HSPA (in hand)
- Trauma Level I clinical experience or equivalent
- Ability to work the scheduled shift reliably and efficiently
Preferred:- Experience with high-volume tray processing (average 393 trays/day)
- Familiarity with total joint, neuro, cardiac, and transplant surgical environments
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
