What You’ll Do
  • Lead daily sterile processing operations and support workflow
  • Prepare, decontaminate, sterilize, assemble, and distribute surgical instruments and supplies
  • Ensure all instruments are properly cleaned, sterilized, and functional prior to patient use
  • Support quality initiatives, inventory management, and regulatory compliance
  • Mentor staff and assist with workflow coordination
  • Utilize documentation systems such as Censitrac for instrument tracking and quality standards


What You Need
  • Required:
    • Valid HSPA (IAHCSMM) or CBSPD Certification
    • Minimum 4 years of Sterile Processing experience
    • Leadership or charge experience in a hospital environment
    • Experience handling a variety of surgical instrumentation
  • Preferred:
    • BLS certification
    • CSPDT and other CBSPD specialty certifications


About the Assignment
Join a dedicated team at a renowned hospital environment, a Level I Trauma Center that provides essential surgical services. The role may require floating between OSU locations to support department needs across the facility.
