• Shift: Mid 5x8-Hour Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)

• Licensure/Certifications: CBSPD or CRCST (preferred) through HSPA, formerly IAHCSMM

What You’ll Do:

• Decontaminate surgical instruments including drills, scopes, and specialized equipment
• Assemble instruments across all service lines, including trauma, loaners, and peel packing
• Perform sterilization using sterilization (sterrad) and steam processes
• Handle high-level disinfecting (HLD)/scope processing
• Manage sterile storage areas
• Serve as OR liaison to facilitate smooth surgical workflows
• Use Censitrac tracking system to monitor instrument and implant processing
• Operate Medivator equipment and other sterilization devices

What You Need:

• Licensure: CBSPD or CRCST certification (preferred)
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sterile processing within a hospital setting
• Skills: Proficiency in sterilization methods, scope handling, instrument assembly, and tracking systems
