Description
As a Sterile Processing Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning, sterilizing, assembling, and distributing medical instruments and equipment used in surgical and medical procedures. You will ensure compliance with infection control standards and maintain a sterile environment for patient safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Decontaminate, clean, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment.
- Operate and maintain sterilization equipment, including autoclaves and ultrasonic cleaners.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure instruments are properly sterilized and in good condition.
- Organize and distribute sterile supplies to various hospital or clinical departments.
- Follow all hospital poli , safety regulations, and infection control procedures.
