Licensure: Certified Registered Central Service Technician Or Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician Or Certified Surgical Technologist Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - And Associate's Degree Related Field Preferred Experience: 3 Years Sterile Processing Required - Or 3 Years Clinical - Surgical Technician Required - And Leadership Preferred Overview: The Supervisor, Sterile Processing is responsible for directing the technical practice of the instrument room staff and assuring quality performance through orientation, teaching, monitoring, scheduling, and evaluation.
