What Youll Do- Provide care in a Step Down / Progressive Care Unit within a major hospital
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring timely interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments following protocols
- Document patient care activities accurately within electronic health records
- Respond to patient needs during overnight shifts
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
What You Need- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or eligible to practice
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- At least 1 year of RN experience in a similar setting
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work night shifts and float within the facility
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
