  • Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 – 19:30) or Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30)

  • Licenses/Certs: Active Nursing License in Ohio, BCLS, ACLS, NIH certifications required
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of overall ICU/PCU nursing experience, with at least 1 year in PCU

What You’ll Do
  • Provide specialized care for oncology and pediatric patients, including management of complex conditions such as solid tumors and thoracic oncology.
  • Monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret dysrhythmias, and respond to rapid response alerts.
  • Administer IV medications, including chemotherapy, PCA opioids, and blood products.
  • Manage various advanced devices such as central lines, PICC lines, chest tubes, tracheostomies, and external ventilators.
  • Perform assessments, document patient conditions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ensure patient safety through infection prevention, fall precautions, and adherence to protocols.
  • Float within units of similar or lower acuity as needed.

What You Need
Required:
  • Current Ohio RN license
  • Minimum 2 years of recent acute care nursing experience, including at least 1 year in PCU or similar high-acuity setting
  • Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIH
  • Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation, IV start/management, and use of monitors and infusion devices
    Preferred:
  • Pediatric nursing experience (not mandatory)
  • Oncology or chemotherapy administration experience
  • Experience managing complex airway and vent equipment
