What Youll Do
- Provide high-quality patient care in a Medical Surgical Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, respond to emergencies
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient progress accurately and timely
- Follow hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control policies
What You Need
Required:- Valid RN license in Ohio or multi-state license (e.g., Compact)
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 1 year of current experience in PCU or similar unit
- Ability to work night shifts and float within the hospital as needed
Preferred:- Previous travel or floating experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
