Position Summary

To identify how career motivation shapes training pathways in biomedical science and medical education, we will perform a formal analysis of three existing frameworks related to student motivation. Our goal is to explore how career motivation influences later stages of biomedical and medical higher education. The Research Specialist will support conduct and management of research development activities, primarily focused on co-developing a protocol for systematic review; analyzing search results; manuscript writing and figure design.
