We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate STEM Instructor to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in guiding students as they master our belt system, fostering a fun, creative, and collaborative learning environment. As an instructor, you will deliver high-quality sessions, assess student progress, and maintain meaningful communication with students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging curriculum according to iCode guidelines.
• Maintain a well-managed, productive, and orderly classroom.
• Provide weekly status reports on student dynamics and class progress.
• Track and communicate student development, attainment, and behavior.
• Ensure a fair, professional, and positive environment for all learners.

Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Knowledge in Python, HTML, and Java; experience with Unreal Engine and Unity is a plus.
• Hardware: Familiarity with Apple devices and macOS.
• Skills: Knowledge of Agile methodologies, strong analytical/problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work well.
• Soft Skills: Excellent people skills, an outgoing attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
