Steel Shop Safety Director (Atascocita, TX)

A structural steel fabrication company with three local shops needs a Safety Director now. You'll report directly to leadership and carry the authority to set safety standards and see them through at all three locations.

What you'll do

• Coach crews and shop leaders so safe fabrication becomes routine
• Conduct inspections, audits and incident investigations to maintain OSHA compliance
• Head up the safety program across all 3 fabrication shops and keep strengthening it
• Present safety metrics and outcomes to leadership
• Flag hazards early and see corrective actions through

What we're looking for

• Steel erection safety experience will also be considered
• Proven safety leadership in structural steel fabrication or a related industrial/manufacturing setting
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards
• Comfortable directing safety across multiple local sites

Compensation & benefits

• $100K–$120K base salary
