What You'll Do
As a Yard Worker & Metal Sorter, you will be responsible for
Collecting and sorting ferrous and nonferrous scrap metals to ensure proper separation
Performing general clean-up and groundwork to keep the yard safe and organized
Operating yard equipment and tools while following safety protocols
Working outdoors in different weather conditions, demonstrating resilience and adaptability
Assisting team members with yard cleanliness and safety standards
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Physical stamina to work outdoors and perform manual labor
Strong work ethic and reliability
Prior yard work or recycling experience is a plus but not required
Willingness to work in various weather conditions
