Built-In Pay Progression

What You'll Do
- Operate mill equipment using manual and automatic controls.
- Monitor material as it moves through the production process.
- Make tooling and mechanical adjustments to maintain proper production and minimize waste.
- Operate equipment efficiently while maintaining production and quality standards.
- Perform required quality inspections and record measurements accurately.
- Monitor production and maintain required records.
- Identify causes of production inefficiencies when production goals are not met.
- Follow all required safety, quality, housekeeping, and production procedures.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Follow instructions and assignments provided by plant supervision.
- Perform other related manufacturing duties as assigned.
