Steel Fabrication Shop Manager

Location: Central New Jersey

Position Overview

Our client, an established structural and misc steel fabricator, is looking for a Steel Fabrication Shop Manager to join their team in the Central New Jersey area. This is a permanent, full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day shop production and crews
• Plan workflow, quality and safety in the shop
• Work with PMs to hit fabrication schedules

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fabrication shop leadership
• Ability to read shop drawings
• Strong safety and quality focus

Compensation

• Base salary: $125,000 - $135,000
• Strong benefits package
