Steel Fab Safety Director (Conroe, TX)

Lead safety for a structural steel fabrication company with three local shops. This Safety Director role is an immediate hire, and you'll report directly to leadership, giving you real authority over safety practices at all three locations.

What you'll do

• Build out and lead the safety program at all 3 fabrication shops
• Run inspections, audits and incident investigations and keep the shops OSHA compliant
• Identify hazards before they turn into incidents and follow through on corrective actions
• Coach and train crews and shop leaders on safe fabrication work
• Report safety metrics and results to leadership

What we're looking for

• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards
• Safety leadership background in structural steel fabrication or a comparable industrial/manufacturing setting
• Experience managing safety across several local sites
• Steel erection safety experience will also be considered

Compensation & benefits

• $100K–$120K base salary
• Bonus based on company performance
