Steel Fab Safety Director - 3 Local Shops

Three local fabrication shops, one Safety Director. A structural steel fabrication company is hiring immediately for a safety leader who reports directly to leadership and has the authority to shape the program at every location.

What you'll do

• Lead OSHA compliance work, including shop inspections, audits and incident investigations
• Report safety performance and metrics to leadership
• Build, lead and continually improve the safety program for all 3 fabrication shops
• Recognize hazards early and drive corrective actions to completion
• Coach shop leaders and train crews in safe fabrication practices

What we're looking for

• Able to lead safety across multiple local sites
• In-depth working knowledge of OSHA standards
• Steel erection safety experience will also be considered
• Safety leadership experience in structural steel fabrication or a similar industrial/manufacturing environment

Compensation & benefits

• $100K–$120K base salary
• Bonus based on company performance
