Steel Erection Growth & Business Development Mgr

Shape the growth plan of an AISC-certified Michigan steel erector working large Midwest projects of 5,000+ tons. As Business Development Manager, you'll hold a permanent full-time role earning $100,000-$200,000 per annum plus bonus incentives, with Midwest travel.

Responsibilities include

• Source steel erection opportunities through Midwest owners and general contractors
• Run pursuits for large structural steel packages of 5,000+ tons
• Maintain current insight on competitors, bid deadlines, and project pipelines
• Serve as an ambassador for an AISC-certified Michigan erector with clients and industry peers
• Travel across the Midwest to progress pursuits and build trust with clients

You'll stand out with

• Business development or sales experience gained in steel erection, structural steel, or heavy construction
• A history of winning large-tonnage Midwest projects
• An established general contractor, fabricator, or owner network (preferred)
• Readiness to travel throughout the Midwest
• Strong communication skills and a consistent closing record
