Steel Erection BD Manager - Structural Packages

Champion new work for an AISC-certified Michigan steel erector on Midwest packages of 5,000+ tons. Permanent full-time Business Development Manager position offering $100,000-$200,000 per annum plus bonus incentives and Midwest travel.

Accountabilities

• Create steel erection demand with Midwest owners and general contractors
• Steer pursuit decisions on structural steel erection scopes of 5,000+ tons
• Watch competitor moves, bid calendars, and emerging Midwest projects
• Represent an AISC-certified Michigan erector in meetings and industry gatherings
• Travel regionally across the Midwest to support pursuits and clients

Experience we value

• Sales or business development history in steel erection, structural steel, or heavy construction
• Capability to win work on large Midwest tonnage projects
• Preferred network of general contractors, fabricators, or owners
• Open to Midwest travel requirements
• Clear, confident communicator who advances opportunity pipelines
