Steel BIM/VDC Coordinator - Pasadena, TX

Structural steel work in the Pasadena area calls for a BIM/VDC Coordinator to lead 3D modeling and digital coordination. You'll connect the design team, the shop, and the field so clashes are caught before they become costly fixes.

Key duties

• Run clash detection and lead coordination meetings with trades and engineers
• Keep standards, models, and project files organized and up to date
• Build and manage 3D models in Tekla Structures, Navisworks, and Revit
• Help improve VDC processes and technology across projects
• Support fabrication, detailing, and erection teams with model-based workflows

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Tekla, Navisworks, and/or Revit
• Understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection
• 3+ years of BIM/VDC experience in steel, construction, or engineering
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Compensation & benefits

• $85K–$105K based on experience
• Benefits package
