The Goddard School of Katy is looking for a creative, energetic, and responsible STEAM Enrichment Leader to bring imagination, discovery, and hands-on learning to life!
This is more than a classroom role — this is an opportunity to create amazing experiences for children ages 6 weeks through 12 years old through STEAM, enrichment activities, camps, and adventures beyond our school walls.
What You’ll Do:
Every day will bring something new! You will:
Design and lead engaging STEAM activities including:
- Science experiments
- Engineering challenges
- Art projects
- Building and design activities
- Creative problem-solving games
- Hands-on discovery experiences
️ Lead and coordinate our Summer Camp and Spring Break Programs, creating exciting weekly themes, activities, and memorable experiences for school-age children.
Plan and oversee our STEAM-focused Afterschool Program, keeping children engaged through fun, creative, and educational activities.
Organize and lead field trips and special adventures — from planning details to ensuring children have safe, fun, and meaningful experiences.
Support children across all age groups, from infants through school-age, jumping in where needed and helping our village run smoothly.

Can confidently lead large groups of children
Is mature, dependable, organized, and responsible
Can plan activities, manage schedules, and bring ideas to life
Enjoys working with children of different ages and personalities
Is flexible and willing to help wherever needed
Has a clean driving record and is willing to drive a school van for field trips and activities
Is a team player who believes children learn best through joy, curiosity, and exploration
