Love hands-on learning and creative problem-solving? Join the City of Wentzville Parks & Recreation Department as a STEAM Coordinator, where you'll bring Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math to life through engaging programs, workshops, events, and camps.
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage day-to-day STEAM programs and activities
Design fun, hands-on learning experiences that inspire curiosity and growth
Guide and support part-time staff, instructors, contractors, and volunteers
Build partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and industry leaders
Connect participants to STEAM education and career pathways
Assist with budgeting, supplies, grants, and program revenue
Ensure a safe, positive, and welcoming environment for all
